1General information
Kayastha Setu is a community networking platform. The information on the app and website is provided in good faith for general community purposes only. While we try to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties of any kind about its completeness, accuracy or reliability.
2Member-provided information
Profiles, family details, matrimony information, business listings, products, job posts and timeline content are created by members. Kayastha Setu does not independently verify every detail. Please use your own judgement and due diligence before relying on any information.
3About the Verified badge
The blue Verified badge means the member has an active Premium membership and a mobile number verified by OTP. It is not a police verification, background check or endorsement, and does not guarantee a member's identity, character, qualifications, income or intentions.
4Matrimony
Kayastha Setu only provides a platform for families to connect. We are not a marriage bureau or broker and do not guarantee any alliance. Families should independently verify all details — including education, employment, income, family background and horoscope — before proceeding. Kayastha Setu strictly opposes dowry in any form.
5Marketplace, business & jobs
We do not own, sell, inspect or guarantee any product or service listed by members, and are not responsible for their quality, safety, legality, delivery or payment. Job posts are made by members; we do not guarantee employment and are not responsible for any recruitment process. Never pay any "registration fee" to a job poster.
6Devotional & panchang content
Panchang, muhurat, aarti and devotional content are shared for spiritual and informational purposes, based on traditional sources. Timings may vary by location and tradition. Please consult your family priest for important rituals and muhurat.
7External links & third-party services
The Platform may contain links to external websites, live streams, WhatsApp chats or sponsored content. We have no control over their content or practices and are not responsible for them. Sponsored ads are clearly marked and do not imply endorsement.
8No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayastha Setu shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including indirect or consequential loss — arising from use of the Platform, reliance on member content, or any interaction, alliance or transaction between members.
9Report a concern
If you find false, misleading or harmful content, please report it in the app or write to support@kayasthasetu.com. We review every report.
