Before you write
Which email should I write to?
Use support@ for help with the app, abuse@ to report a person or content, legal@ for legal, privacy and data requests, and media@ for press and partnerships. If you are not sure, write to support@ — we will forward it to the right team.
What should I include in my email?
Your name, the mobile number registered on Kayastha Setu (the last 4 digits are enough), a short description, and screenshots if possible. Never share your OTP, password or bank PIN with anyone — our team will never ask for it.
How do I report a profile from inside the app?
Open the profile and use the Report option, or write to abuse@kayasthasetu.com with the profile name and screenshots. Reports are kept confidential.
Can I talk to someone directly?
Yes — open the app and go to Help & Support. You can raise a ticket or call our support desk when it is online.
How do I delete my account?
Write to legal@kayasthasetu.com from your registered email or mention your registered mobile number. We verify the request and delete your data as per our Privacy Policy.
